Exploring the loss of records of lives: where pictures have been removed from old photo albums, names have been forgotten and the young have had no relationship with their past families.

Concentrating on land bordering the sea around Norfolk: beginning in Great Yarmouth, with a specific area to the South of the town, known as "The Edge", the project has slowly expanded around the coast as far as the Wash and up the Yare Estuary to Breydon Water and Burgh Castle.

My images portray the bleak beauty of this part of the country and have been described as "quiet, elegiac landscape photographs".
